Personal data protection

As controllers of personal data provided to us by clients, we process these personal data are in accordance with the legislation.

Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of providing our agreed services, and are transmitted to third parties only if they are public authorities or suppliers capable of ensuring the handling of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Personal data will be processed for the period of the provision of services and subsequently archived in accordance with the legislation in force.

Rights of clients

The right of access to personal data means that the client has the right to obtain information from the controller, whether his personal data are being processed, and if so, what information is involved and how they are processed. The client has the right to require the controller to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him and to do so without undue delay. The client also has the right to supplement incomplete personal data at any time.

Right to erasure of personal data constitutes, in other words, the obligation of the controller to dispose of the personal data processed by the client if certain conditions are met and the client so requests.

The client has the right to restrict the processing of his personal data by the controller in certain cases. Any processing which is based on the legitimate interests of a controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, the client has the right to object at any time.

The right to data portability gives the client the opportunity to obtain the personal data provided by the controller in a normal and machine-readable format. Such data may then be transmitted to another controller or, where technically possible, require the controller to transfer them among themselves.

The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time shall not apply as the client’s personal data are processed for the purpose of performing a contract concluded with a client, not by consent to processing.

In the event that the client is dissatisfied in any way with the processing of his personal data by the controller – a lawyer, he or she may complain directly to him or to contact the Office for personal data protection.
